Dear 2010...

You've been such a great year for me! I might say that you are the best year of my entire life...

I never thought that my life would be so much blessed with the whole year...

At the start of the year, I was totally broke!

I've been waiting for the last 3 months of 2009 whether i will have the chance to fly to Singapore to finish my practicum. I even sacrifice my graduation just for that opportunity which at that time i don't know if it will happen or not.

At the 2nd month of the year, my family mourned for the lost of my grandmother. The last two days before she buried was the day i've been waiting for the last 4 months. A practicum interview from Singapore and passed. I knew my grandma guided me with this one, as i finally have an assurance to myself that i will leave Philippines for the next three weeks.

When one life is taken, there will be another life to come.. My brother's wife gave birth! luckily, before i leave, i got a chance to see the baby!

The time has come for us to leave our homes and be independent in other land.

We are excited, we are thrilled, we are afraid yet we are ready!

Months passed and we are proud of what we achieve, what we have shared, and what we have made!

at 4 months time, we will fly back to the Philippines as a new and better individuals.

How amazing your year could be. Its been a rollercoaster ride, but i enjoyed it a lot.

I hope 2011 could be the same as yours.

Thank you for a wonderful year... Goodbye 2010!

Before the year ends: I bought a Torch!

Finally, I got my own BlackBerry Torch 9800!

This is the last gadget!

Everything else will go to my piggy bank!

And this is also the first time to switch a phone other than Nokia.

First impression, i'm loving it!

Bubbles at the Lobby

The first time we saw the bubbles at the Lobby, I received a different reactions...

The one beside me said, "oh, its so romantic!" and then i deeply stared at her!

The manager said, "Where does it came from ah? Call the engineering, quick!" and then she run to check where it came from.

The other staff... heh, they're catching all the falling bubbles, like a kid! HAHAHA.

Waiting For Daylight

After 2002, this is the first time that the band released an album after Paul Marazzi left the group.

Why blogging about them? Its because they are my favorite of all the boybands i knew.

Nice Ballad, Nice Songwriters, Nice faces!? hahaha. and they got a successful transition of music from different genre.

Their 4th album Waiting For Daylight for me is the best album they ever release as a group with more deeper songwriting skills and a good choice of music. It reminds me of New Wave.

Boybands... They've always been a part of my musical influences.

But I never thought that New Kids on the Block will reunite once more, coz i believe the time when MTV is planning a number for them in MTV Music Awards, they immediately turned it down as some of the members dont want to get in touch with the spotlight again.

and the more surprising part of this number is that two of the most famous boybands of all time joined in just one special number.

Its a history indeed, NKOTB era is too early for me but BSB era is the one i consider as the golden age of pop music!

Artistry - The word I never knew!

I never appreciate things that I do when it comes to art!

Well, i always believe that I never got the talent of being artistic.

But the feeling that somebody or someone appreciates your work is a very effective booster.

Especially on things that you know you didn't excel that much.

At work, I often set-up the wine display every afternoon.

Its not just a wine display job actually since you are free to set it up with your own ideas.

The main reason for this wine display is to drive consumption of wines within the outlet.

Meaning in order to entice the guest to buy wines, you need to set up the display with an eye-catching concept.

Back to Business: Website Project

This is the second time to change the interface of the site.

I dont have any formal lessons regarding building a website.

Everything that I know is based on 3 years self study of the thing.

Happy Mother's Day!

Decisions are always accompanied by sacrifices. This is one of the biggest sacrifices I have ever made, to choose to come here and wait for another year to march.
