"The First 3 months is the most crucial time and part!"
Man, the hotel looks awesome, swear! But work is really HARDD!!! 1st week with the orientation day and two instant off days! But the second week is HELL! STILL LUCKY, i was designated to F&B first, got 1 year contract.. 6 months in F&B and another 6 to Rooms Division. Well, I'm working in a Lobby Lounge called The Courtyard. (Got 2 Nice Uniform.. =)
Staffs are nice actually.. luckily the manager is out on leave so we got time for us trainees to stretch things out! With a Filipino Manager, Supervisor and Captains and Servers... It should be fine!! But the thing is i should learn the operation in a short period of time.. just imagine.. on my 3rd day, i need to do 3 hours OT! Things are actually unexpected. Physically and Mentally drained!
