  • And I am totally stress free with this stressful practicum report! Finally I'm done! Just in time!
    With my completion of my requirement, i can't help to think about the last 2 weeks!
    It is just too painful to think that, I'll be leaving such a wonderful country that makes me a more better person than ever.
    And as colleagues are aware of our departure, lots of things poppin out of nowhere.
    There is no certainty of anything yet, but what important to me is the present and what i know is we will be leaving soon...
    TENTATIVE DATE OF DEPARTURE: APRIL 12, 2011!

    So tonight, i decided to blog my memorable memories at the CYD, the reason... because I dont want to miss a single thing about everything.

    • First time working, 3 hours overtime! And they are satisfied with my 1st day... at least!
    • Mother's Day.... the first time I cried because I miss my family!
    • The 1st ever spill i ever made is to a Japanese guest with a glass of Prosecco! Oopsss!
    • The first breakage I ever made is a Tiger Beer Glass. =)
    • The nicest compliment I ever received.... "You are so charming!" WAHAHAHA! hey, hey... its TRUE!
    • The most common question asked by the guest... "WHERE'S THE TOILET?!"
    • The first offense I ever done, Taking my early break! HAHAHA, coz I'm hungry!!!!
    • If I will be able to redo my thesis, my topic will be.... "FACTORS THAT AFFECTING JAPANESE GUESTS TO LOVE AFTERNOON TEA!" kidding.
    • The craziest thing I ever saw done by the guest... A MAN WEARING A FULL DIVING SUIT DINE IN AT POSTBAR. I love his flippers. HAHAHA.
    • The cutest guest that I ever saw has the initial of M and O! HAHAHA.
    • The first celebrity guest I ever saw is Mr. George Benson. LOL.
    • My manager told me, "YOU KNOW WHAT?!, YOU GOT A POKER FACE!" pppokkker face, popoker face.. (LADY GAGA mode!)
    • My assistant manager said, "WHEN IT COMES TO SERVICE, SHE'S NEUTRAL, WHEN IT COMES TO REAL LIFE, SHE'S ALSO NEUTRAL!" she's  referring to me
    • A part timer asked me, WHY YOU LOOK SO RELAX INSPITE OF ALL THE ISSUES IN WORK?! I stopped, stared and answered... I DONT KNOW! hahahaha.
    • A colleague told me 6 months ago... BEFORE YOU GO BACK HOME, I WILL RESIGN! yeah, her last day is on April 6! At least, she make it happen.
    • The first tip I ever received worth $10 dollars is by a OMAN NATIONAL guest.
    • AM: Any challenges for you today?! STAFF: P__L_P is always an everyday challenge for me. LOL.
    • Manager talking to a supervisor on the floor: MNGR: can you check your mise-en-place!? SPVR: ahhhh, i got only one lady guest here, i dont know if she is ms. en plus! LOL.
    • A lot of funny moments with this superstar with the initial of P! You dont know whether to get angry or to laugh! haaaayyyaayyyoooo! LOL.
    • "at the same time" "can you do me a favor?" "just to check with you ah" are the most irritating phrases i ever heard. LOL.
    • The maximum time i've ever done of being late.... 3 HOURS!
    • Coffee Buffet, a buffet after lunch!!!
    • My greatest achievement will be.... successfully finished a WHOLE SHIFT. 8am-1am. Died after.
    • If you want to amaze your guest, pour a beer from the bottle to their glass without any direct contact to the glass in front of them... they will praise you like hellll yeeeaaahhh!
    • My biggest accident occur before Xmas. I badly sprain my ankle... need to rest for 5 days. and first time for me to go to the hospital, me as the patient.

    Yeah, think I forgot some already, maybe i'll put here if i remember... HAHAHA.
